The ANVERA Method
The ANVERA method was born from a personal journey of seeking inner balance during a period of major life changes.
During her time living and practicing in India, Veroji explored various traditions of breathwork, meditation, and gentle body-based practices. Over time, it became clear that what modern people often lack is not complex techniques, but space to slow down and restore.
This is how ANVERA was created — a soft and accessible method that combines breath, awareness, and simple movements, helping the nervous system shift out of constant tension and return to its natural balance.
The name ANVERA symbolizes inner renewal and the beginning of a new, more harmonious chapter in one’s life.
